Medical Arts Building at Medical Center of Trinity –Pasco County, FL
This 4-story, 90,000 square-foot medical arts building lies on State Road 54 just east of Little Road in Trinity, Florida. The building was completed in 2011 and houses Medical Center of Trinity’s Women Diagnostic Services, physician offices, a pharmacy, and a Outpatient Surgery center.
Florida Design Consultants (FDC) employed all aspects of their site development expertise on this project, from design, beginning in 2009, through final construction completion in November 2011. FDC performed a Notice of Proposed Change (NOPC) to the overall Mitchell Ranch Plaza DRI Application for Development Approval to bring the MOB to an earlier phase of development. Working together with the architect, Rojo Architecture, site plans for the overall hospital were designed and permits modified to advance the office forward for earlier development. FDC performed the survey services including boundary and topographic surveys, prepared legal descriptions and sketches, construction staking, engineering record surveys, and continues to provide construction observation services. Full civil engineering design services and permitting through Pasco County. Landscape architecture design was also provided to assist our client with full service support.
