Through our long-term experience with environmental regulatory agencies such as U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Florida Department Environmental Protection (FDEP), Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FFWCC) and the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD), we have developed procedures to guide our clients through the regulatory process.
The FDC environmental staff has a strong professional reputation with Local, State, and Federal agencies, and more than 30 years of experience negotiating with regulatory agencies Our staff uses proven techniques to support our clients with alternative analyses, avoidance and minimization, detailed permit package preparation, and mitigation planning. Our GIS database includes the highest resolution aerial imagery currently available, listed species, soils data, topographic and flood plain information, etc., which can be complied quickly for essentially any property in the greater Tampa Bay area as a tool to help analyze site conditions and develop an efficient strategy for project completion.
